You might also be experiencing a sense of overwhelm, because while your revenues are increasing, so have expenses to the detriment of profits. Having the ability to generate sales and capture profits for both the business and business owner is a powerful position to be in. With your financial team integrated with one another, you are free to do the work you most love to do, because you have broken-free from the world of financial overwhelm that most business owners struggle with.

IF YOU HAD 1–3 YESES, you are probably struggling to walk away from the day to day of the business as so much is dependent upon you. Your business may also be lacking documented practices that would allow you to become proactive rather than mostly reactive when issues arise. However, if you find support in areas you are not the strongest and focus more on your natural strengths and higher income producing tasks, you can start to shift the way you function for your business and thus increase it’s value to you and the marketplace.

IF YOU HAD 6–7 YESES, Congratulations, because you most likely have a business that is a well oiled machine. You have successfully implemented technology and systems and processes that allow you to focus on the highest income generating tasks in your business rather than getting stuck in the day to day. As a result you have a magnetic way of showing up in your business and your team has great respect for you. Your reputation precedes you, and because of your success people are often asking, “how you do it?”.

IF YOU HAD 1–3 YESES, you are probably finding it difficult to lead yourself let alone alone anyone else at this time. Your “team” are more like employees and are only present on an as needed (project) basis. And, because you can’t grow yourself, you in turn can’t grow your team, and this mean you can’t grow your profits. Because of this you are spending more time developing leaders and working on your business rather than in it. This also affords you the freedom of time and freedom of money to invest in yourself, your family, and your community with significant impact. You have developed a true asset that you could retire into or away from at a time of your choosing.
